In Cyprus, prime broker EXANTE has appointed Sergei Solomatin as Director of IT Operations, continuing its push to strengthen its technology framework.

N26 co-founder Valentin Stalf will step down as CEO and move to the digital banks supervisory board. His departure comes as Germanys financial regulator BaFin raises fresh concerns about the company, including the possibility of new sanctions.

Digital asset trading platform GCEX has appointed Kevin Gillespie, a financial markets professional with 35 years of experience, to lead its sales and business development efforts across the UK and EMEA.
